Welcome to VeruDesigns’ FALL launch!
We’re starting the season with our first Fall & Winter Ring Collection inspired by my Bolivian roots. This is not the first time I’ve made jewelry inspired by the Bolivian aguayo. If you’re new to our VeruDesigns world, the aguayo is a handmade textile made of alpaca (primarily) by native Bolivian women from the Andes region of Bolivia, and it’s one of the few remaining legacies of the Incas that has survived the passage of time. Despite being often confused with Mexican, Asian and African textiles, it’s actually quite unique in its choice of colors and patterns, which are filled with symbolism and meaning.
And now let’s have some ring fun!
So, what do you think? Do you have a favorite? What do you think about our color combinations? Any new color suggestions? I’d love to read your comments below 🙂
Stay well, stay happy, stay healthy, stay as the lovable, kind, positive and one-of-a-kind person that you are.
I’ll be in touch in 2 weeks!
Hola Veru!
Joanna – Sofia: Thank you both. Your support means the world to me. 🙂
I’m in love with these rings! I just sent you an e-mail to ask you if I can maybe make a custom order. My best friend is unusually tall, and I think she’d need an extra large ring. Your pieces are like nothing else out there! I mean, like nothing else, especially in the polymer clay world!
Thanks so much Mary!! I just replied to your message. In short: Absolutely! As soon as you confirm the measurements I just gave you we’ll get started. LOVE your color suggestions!
So beautiful! And so sophisticated! And yet so simple and classic at the same time. Beautiful work! <3 I LOVE your newsletters!
Wow, wow, wow!! You know, I’m always so amazed when I see what you are able to make with polymer clay. I work with polymer as well, and it is so hard to make it look like anything elegant, but then you make such different things from anybody else! I love your rings so much. Each one of them
