What do our clients REALLY think about VeruDesigns?

Those of you who have purchased a VeruDesigns piece, know that I don’t ask my beautiful clients for testimonials  (which every business is supposed to do).  Why? Well, to be honest it’s both, a lack of discipline and some sort of “guilt” I feel about asking people to spend their time and energy to write something for our company.

So, that’s why this is awesome: Despite my lack of discipline, many of my clients are so wonderful that they volunteer and send me beautiful testimonials anyway. And some of them even send me a beautiful picture wearing their piece.

Which recently made me realize how incredibly unprofessional and sort of arrogant I’ve been by not asking all of my clients to consider sharing a testimonial.   I’ve been making that decision on their behalf, before they had a chance to decide it for themselves. And as such, I’ve been depriving those clients who I know are very appreciative of our Art, or have a strong opinion of any sort, from sharing their feedback, be it appreciation, thoughts and suggestions about our jewelry and the experience of wearing it.

And why is this important?

For two reasons: Because for VeruDesigns to continue reaching the next level in every regard it’s important to HEAR what our clients have to say! After all, it’s made for them.  And second, because it’s my obligation to inform you and anyone who is considering making a purchase, about the VeruDesigns product you’re considering for purchase. Sharing real-life testimonials are one of the most legitimate ways of doing that. Because their feedback is not coming from our company, but actual clients. Women who chose VeruDesigns over other brands and have non-bias opinions about the quality and experience of wearing a VeruDesigns original. They are not personal friends and have no obligation to say kind things. They are free to be truthful. And I sooo appreciate that.

So.  Today marks the beginning of (what I hope will be a series of thank-you posts every other month), where I’ll share with you some of the many beautiful testimonials (and pictures!) I’ve received over time, and continue to receive, just a handful at a time, starting with some of my most recent ones. This is my way of saying THANK YOU to those of you who’ve been so kind with your words and time 🙂
